Beaches around Lisboa

Magoito — Praia do Magoito

Just to the north of Sintra, close to the village of Magoito is the relatively quiet beach of Magoito (Praia do Magoito). The Ocean here can be pretty wild the color of it changes from blue to green. The beach itself comprises of a long stretch of golden sand dotted with numerous rocks, almost-vertical cliffs also reveal rocks formed millions of years ago. This is an amazing place for wedding or couple photo and video shoot close to Lisboa

Porto Covo Beaches

Porto Covo is actually a town with a series of small beaches with many different names.
Each cove has beautiful dark stones, pools, golden sands and turquoise water. Big waves roll from the ocean. It is so easy to sit on one of the benches and get lost in their beauty for hours.

This is my change - Let's go there (150km from Lisboa)

Beaches around Albufeira

Falesia Beach — most colorful

Spectacular colorful 6km long beach with red and white cliffs. Precipices here spotted with pine woodlands what makes Praia da Falésias is a unique location in comparison to the other beaches in the Algarve. This beach extends from west of Vilamoura to the distance Olhos de Água

So here is a link how to get there Google Maps Link

Tres Irmaos Beach — iconic Portugal beach picture

Praia dos Tres Irmaos is at the eastern tip of the Alvor sands. There you can explore and get to the bays nearby where you can find amazing formations including the famous double arch on the photo above. It is quite fun exploring them, especially at high tide when you have to play with the waves to get through.

Marinha Beach

Marinha Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Portugal . It located on the Southen coast and it ranked as №1 in many lists. I consider that it is the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
It is famous for its stunning cliffs and the colors of the water (which is very clear).
Better seen at low tide to explore the coves and rock pools.

Camilo Beach — Lagos

Camilo is a series of small coves with amazing rock formations such as rocky ledges, arches and caves. Also there is fabulous panoramic view over the coastline between Lagos and Albufeira. The huge staircase is definitively worth it, but you can also admire from the top of the cliffs.

Odeceixe Beach

Odeceixe beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. It is quite unique and located at the mouth of the river, it has created a large beach between the ocean and the river. Must have to take some shot with drone under it

Ponta da Piedade
This unique location is not a beach. It is a rugged promontory with many caves and features shaped by the sea. It situated in Lagos and it is a perfect spot to watch sunset!

Alexa, how much will take us to get to that point

The beach is surrounded by cliffs with colorful strates and has impressive sea stacks and rocky pools to explore at low tide.
